All of our meats are sourced from local, independent farmers, bought on the bone and butchered in house. All cuts are started in the pan, finished in the oven & rested to ensure tenderness. Our red meats come on the rarer side of life unless otherwise requested.

Our fish arrives every afternoon, fresh from Cornwall’s morning markets. We only buy from sustainable stocks, all caught by day boats from the Cornish coast. As the fish is so fresh, we do the bare minimum to it, cooking simply to enhance and not overpower the flavours.
